<p>Disclosed is a link protection method, comprising: configuring a service group and a link in the group for bearing service group data, and configuring at least one link outside the group to serve as a protection link of the link in the group; bearing the service data by using the link in the group; when a link in the group of a local end or peer end for bearing the service data is faulty, bearing service data of the faulty link in the group by using the configured protection link. Accordingly, also disclosed is a link protection device. The present invention can avoid the problem in the prior art that, in the case that a link in a service group is used as a protection link, the protection link not only bears a service but also is used as the protection link so that link protection cannot be effectively performed.</p> |
