If LP (a) level decreases by 30% and more, and level of total cholesterol by 15% and more and there is more than 30% increase of blood HDL and HDL cholesterol increase from 0.8 to 1.6 mmol/l in comparison with initial level, prognosis of disease course is considered to be favourable, contributing to changing excertional angina of FC III-IV into FC I. If reduction of level of modified LP (a) is lower than 30%, total cholesterol - lower than 15% and increase of blood HDL is less than 30% and HDL cholesterol less than 1.6 mmol/l in comparison with the initial level, prognosis of disease course is considered to be unfavourable.EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase accuracy method of predicting course of ischemic heart disease.6 dwg, 1 tbl, 2 ex |
