<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the power consumption in charging secondary batteries. <P>SOLUTION: A power conversion circuit 1 comprises a buffer BUF and an inverter INV that interrupt secondary coils W15 and W25 included in transformers T1 and T2 and a load Load.
