CHECK VALVE WITH BUILT-IN LIQUID SEAL PREVENTION MECHANISM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a check valve with a built-in liquid seal prevention mechanism for preventing a collecting pipe from falling in a liquid sealing condition.

SOLUTION: A through-hole 29 is formed in a check valve 17 of a check valve 1 with a built-in liquid seal prevention mechanism. A relief valve 19 includes a valve element 31 freely movably arranged in the through-hole 29 of the check valve 17. The relief valve 19 is located to seal one end of the through-hole 29 by being pressed to a first small diameter part 29a by a coil spring 41 when the pressure difference does not exceed a second set value, and is moved in a direction of opening one end of the through-hole 29 by being moved from the first small diameter part 29a to the second small diameter part 29b against a biasing force of the coil spring 41 when the pressure difference exceeds the second set value.
