<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect sweetness with high sensitivity and high selectivity. <P>SOLUTION: A film sensor formed by mixing together a polymeric material, a plasticizer, and a weak acid substance having a carboxyl group or phosphate group and also having a hydrophobic part is dipped in an alkaline treatment liquid including metal cations so as to adsorb the metal cations to a film surface through interaction with the weak acid substance of the film sensor. Further, the film sensor is dipped in a liquid to be measured which includes a sugar substance so as to desorb the metal cations from the film surface through interaction with the sugar substance, thereby changing a film potential in a negative direction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
