<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid oxide fuel cell which facilitates cooling in a power generation chamber. <P>SOLUTION: A solid oxide fuel cell supplies a fuel gas 121 that is a first gas to the interior of a cylindrical cell tube 102 while supplying air 122 that is a second gas to a fuel cell provided on outer surface of the cell tube 102 and causes the first gas and the second gas to electrochemically react to generate power.
