<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an alternative solid ink composition that has durability, can give a high toughness solid ink printed matter, and does not originate in an advanced crystallinity polymer wax; to provide an alternative solid ink composition which has both crystallinity and an amorphous property by a specific proportion, has high polarity, exerts viscoelasticity in a solid ink, and is composed of a resin in which the compatibility with a general ink additive and a colorant is high; and further to provide an ink which includes a resin and an element originating in an organism source, and has a functional group in which the biodegradability is higher than that of an ink originating in a commercially available hydrocarbon wax. <P>SOLUTION: A solid phase inversion ink includes: a semicrystalline property oligomer resin selected from the group consisting of polyester, oligoester, polyesteramide, and oligoester amide; a colorant of an arbitrary factor; and an ink vehicle, wherein the semicrystalline property oligomer resin is made from the condensation reaction of a dicarboxylic acid or the anhydride or an diester, a bifunctional alkanol monomer, and one functional terminal protection reactant of an arbitrary factor. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
