<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink composition excellent in storage stability and adhesiveness of cured film obtained to a substrate, and inhibiting degradation of image quality due to satellite generation on inkjet recording; and to provide a method for inkjet recording using the ink composition. <P>SOLUTION: This ink composition includes: a polymer (component A) having a partial structure represented by formula (1) and/or formula (2), and having ≥1,500 weight-average molecular weight; a pigment (component B); a polymerizable compound (component C) and a polymerization initiator (component D).
