<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foam spouting implement that can simply spout foam of the quality to meet the object without changing the design of the spouting implement itself. <P>SOLUTION: The foam spouting implement includes a nozzle head 2 having a cylindrical part 2b hanging from a nozzle 2a with a mesh 5b being interposed in an inner passage 21, a mesh holder 6 having a fixed part 6a to be fixed to the cylindrical part 2b and a cylindrical part 6b with a mesh 5b being interposed in an inner passage 22, and a pipe connector 7 which is turnably held inside an outer cylindrical part 7a and the cylindrical part 6b. The inner circumferential surface 22f of the cylindrical part 6b and an outer circumferential surface 7f of an inner cylindrical part 7b include sliding surfaces slidable along the direction of the axis O, respectively. A plurality of groove part 6g in which an opening part Ag for making the inner passage 22 communicate with the outside is formed in the upper end 7e of the inner cylindrical part 7b are formed in the inner circumferential surface 22f.
