<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new cartridge for injection, which is suitable for discharging a small amount of contents, is small-sized, requires only a small amount of air bleeding work, and has improved operability. <P>SOLUTION: The cartridge 1 for injection includes a syringe 2 with a through-hole 8 formed to communicate an opening A<SB POS="POST">1</SB>formed at a distal end and an opening A<SB POS="POST">2</SB>formed at a rear end, and a piston 10 slidably held by the through-hole 8, and a content liquid is filled in a space R formed between the piston 10 and the syringe 2.
