<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system in which, when the existence of an alarm target is reported, a user can surely know the information without failing to notice it. <P>SOLUTION: As means for alarming notification, a light emission unit with a color LED 22 as a light source is provided in addition to a display unit 5. A control unit 18 controls, if alarming conditions are satisfied, the light emission state of the light emission unit with the LED as the light source for alarming notification.
