<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for properly determining spots to be sealed when gaps between baffle plates and car parts are partially sealed. <P>SOLUTION: An wind pressure distribution on a guide surface 16 of a baffle plate 10 that guides traveling wind is determined. Then a maximum wind pressure bearing baffle plate portion 68 and a plurality of peak wind pressure baffle plate portions 66a to 66e are identified, based on the wind pressure distribution on the guide surface 16. Subsequently, out of gaps 54, 56, 58, and 60 between the baffle plate 10 and car parts 12, 14, and 48, at least gaps between the maximum wind pressure bearing baffle plate portion 68 and peak wind pressure baffle plate portions 66a to 66e and the car parts 12, 14, and 48 are determined to be spots to be sealed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
