<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a holding structure of a seat belt, which is capable of securing the holding power of a belt holder to the seat belt, preventing the slipping-off of the seat belt from the belt holder, moreover, avoiding the difficulty of the detaching of the seat belt from the belt holder, and preventing the damage of the belt holder. <P>SOLUTION: The seat belt holding structure is provided with the belt holder 20, into which the seat belt 12 that is not fitted is inserted from the side of one side part 12S1 to be held, in a cabin inner surface 5M.
