The present invention relates to an inter-prediction method, as well as to encoding and decoding methods and to a device using same. The inter-prediction method according to the present invention comprises the steps of: referencing movement information; generating a prediction block on the basis of said movement information; and refreshing an existing block on the basis of said generated prediction block. The step of generating the prediction block involves performing a weighted prediction on the basis of image information received from an encoding device. Said image information may vary according to whether or not a reference picture list 0 and a reference picture list 1 are identical.
