<p>A beverage preparation mechanism for preventing the scale sediment comprises a boiler (10) with an inlet valve (11) to be turned off after water intake and without any hot water or steam outlets so as to heat the water (13) stored in the boiler (10) to a predetermined temperature range in an enclosed environment, and at least one heat exchanger (20) connected with the boiler (10) in which cold water is heated indirectly by the water (13) stored in the boiler (10) and becomes hot water for preparing beverage.</p> |
