PURPOSE: A concrete placing device and method for a concrete bed of a railroad are provided to remarkably reduce construction time by placing a large amount of concrete for a concrete bed on a railroad. CONSTITUTION: A concrete placing device for a concrete bed of a railroad comprises first and second mixer vehicles(10,20), a bogie(30), a crane unit(40), a placing pipe(50), a convey unit(60), a hydraulic pressure supply unit, and a power supply unit(70). The first and second mixer vehicles travel along a railroad(1) and have mixer drums(12,22), chutes(13,23), and driver seats(14,24). The bogie is installed between the first and second mixer vehicles and travels along the railroad. The crane unit is installed on the bogie and has a boom(41). The placing pipe is installed along the boom of the crane unit. The convey unit comprises a hopper(61) and a concrete pump unit. The hopper is located under the chutes of the first and second mixer vehicles. The concrete pump unit is installed on the bottom of the hopper and fixed to the bogie. The hydraulic pressure supply unit is installed on the bogie and supplies hydraulic pressure to the boom and the concrete pump unit. The power supply unit is installed on the bogie and supplies power to a hydraulic pump of the hydraulic pressure supply unit.
