A preparation method of a body shaper underwear of the present invention comprises: the first step of manufacturing a fabric for making a body shaper underwear with elasticity and a cut line which widens or narrows through an opening; the second step of cutting the fabric to have the cut line corresponding to the body part on which body shaper underwear is to be worn; the third step of adhering a band to the end of the cut fabric; the fourth step of adhering the opening to the cut line of the fabric adhered to the band; the fifth step of adhering a binder for detachably coupling any one or both of an undergarment and an outer garment to the fabric adhered to the opening and band; the sixth step of sewing the fabric adhered to the binder, opening and band to make the body shaper underwear; and the seventh step of finishing up by cutting unnecessary parts off the body shaper underwear. According to the present invention, it is possible to wear the body shaper underwear, an outer garment and an undergarment in one piece of clothing, thereby relieving the inconvenience of wearing multiple garments, and detachability enables selective wearing.
