FIELD: process engineering.SUBSTANCE: proposed device comprises electron gun control device 12, electron beam 1 connected to HV power supply 2, control electrode power supply 3, vacuum chamber 6 to house moving platform 7 with article drive 8 composed of motors 9, 10 and control unit 11, pulse duration separator, article drive speed separator, comparator, and article speed setting unit. Output of article speed setting unit is connected to 1input of article drive speed separator 12 and one input of comparator with its output connected to motor control unit 11 and second input connected to article speed separator. The latter has its 2, 3, and 4inputs connected to outputs of voltage and current transducers and pulse duration separator. Input of the latter is connected to current transducer output.EFFECT: invariable welding parameters, heat conditions and welding quality.1 dwg |
