FIELD: personal use articles.SUBSTANCE: according to the method of production of the bristle the mouldable material is inserted into a separated moulding tool comprising several parts. The bristle with a head, a rod and a base is obtained. The rod of the bristle is formed by the first moulding half-matrix, and the mouldable material is inserted into the first moulding cavity of the first moulding half-matrix, and then removed from the first moulding cavity of the first moulding half-matrix, and the first moulding cavity of the first moulding half-matrix is preserved, and the base of the bristle is formed in the second moulding half-matrix and the third moulding half-matrix. And the second and the third moulding half-matrices form together a second moulding cavity which shape generally corresponds to the shape of the mouldable base of the bristle. The second moulding cavity is filled with a mouldable material, and then the second and the third moulding half-matrix are separated and the head of the bristle is formed in the fourth moulding and the fifth moulding half-matrices, and the fourth and the fifth moulding half-matrices form together the third moulding cavity which shape generally corresponds to the shape of the mouldable head of the bristle, and the third moulding cavity is filled with a mouldable material, and then the fourth and the fifth moulding half-matrices are separated.EFFECT: increased operational reliability.5 cl, 4 dwg |
