<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sound output giving a high priority to a sound signal from a sound input apparatus used by a guide without need for movement by the guide. <P>SOLUTION: A sound signal level detector 42 detects an output sound signal level of a sound signal output from a guide microphone 10 for a guide.
