<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a distribution system and a distribution method, capable of data distribution with high quality and real time communication using the distribution route thereof. <P>SOLUTION: The distribution system includes, as communication modes, a high quality mode in which priority is given to video and voice quality, with an allowed delay, and a low delay mode in which priority is given to a low delay, with quality lower than in the high quality mode. In the high quality mode, there is no need to lessen the delay because of one-way communication, and it is possible to receive high-quality video and voice distribution in each communication terminal. In the low delay mode, there is performed two-way communication in which high-quality video and voice are unnecessary for communication, enabling smooth and real time communication with a small delay, which can make a user not feel incongruity. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
