<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation management method for enabling stable methane fermentation by estimating reduction of methane fermentation efficiency in a methane fermentation system of organic waste. <P>SOLUTION: There are provided a monitoring method by detecting and quantifying a specific eubacteria that grow ahead of reduction of the methane fermentation efficiency or grow at the same time with the reduction, based on DNA information of the same, and a primer set used for the method. The method for operation management for attaining stable methane fermentation can be provided by objectively estimating the failure of methane fermentation based on participation of the specific eubacteria. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
