<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle headlamp in which a plurality of lamp units are efficiently arranged with a space saving in a lamp chamber of limited space. <P>SOLUTION: First lamp units 4, 5 and a second lamp unit 6 are arranged in a lamp chamber 13 demarcated by a lamp housing 2 and a lamp lens 3. The first lamp unit 4 is constructed of a light source part having a semiconductor light source 18 and an irradiation part which is installed on the upper side of the light source part and irradiates light from the semiconductor light source 18 to the lamp lens 3 side. The second lamp unit 6 is constructed of a light source 26 and a reflector 28 which has a reflection face 27 for reflecting light from the light source 26 to the lamp lens 3 side. The semiconductor light source 18 of the first lamp unit 4 is located on the rear side of the reflector 28 of the second lamp unit 6.
