<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor light-emitting device capable of suppressing variation in chromaticity and a method of manufacturing the same. <P>SOLUTION: There is provided a semiconductor light-emitting device comprising: a package main body 1 including a first concave portion 5; a semiconductor light-emitting element 2 mounted on the first concave portion 5; and a resin sealing body 8 formed in the first concave portion 5 and configured to seal the semiconductor light-emitting element 2.
