<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: an information apparatus and an information display method capable of displaying information which can indicate evaluation of a disclosed image and promote improvement of a photographing technique; and an information providing device and an information providing method for providing such information. <P>SOLUTION: A control part 302 detects some images which are most viewed among images recorded for each registered user in descending order, or some images which are most viewed among all images in which users are not distinguished in descending order, as popular images (step S32).
