<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a board cooling device having a structure that is a box for housing an electric apparatus including a board cooling device having a detachable cover, eliminates the need to fasten an upper end of the cover with screws when the cover is attached, and easily attaches or detaches the cover while an apparatus body and the cover are kept parallel to each other. <P>SOLUTION: A board cooling device includes: a base part 3 to which a cooling device body 4 is attached; and a cover 5 detachably covering the cooling device body 4 supported by the base part 3. A first guide part 8, having an inclination part 7 fitting into the cover 5, is formed at an upper part of the base part 3, and a first guided part 10, having an inclination side 9 sliding the cover 5 to a fitting position along the inclination part 7 of the first guide part 8, is formed at the upper part of the cover 5.
