<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a tire which surely prevents flowing out of an unvulcanized cushion rubber interposed between end faces of a tread rubber and does not give adverse influence on the appearance and function of the tire as a product. <P>SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing a tire including winding a belt-like tread rubber along the circumferential direction around a tread sticking surface of a base tire arranged with an unvulcanized cushion rubber, and vulcanizing the unvulcanized cushion rubber, includes a process for bonding end faces in the winding direction of the tread rubber wound around the tread sticking surface to each other with an unvulcanized rubber having the same cross-sectional shape as those of the end faces. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
