<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric rice cooker having a control capability to adjust electric power supplied for a heating means to a predetermined level with the edge timing of a zero cross signal being constant. <P>SOLUTION: In the electric rice cooker 1 including: a work coil 64 activated by an AC power source V<SB POS="POST">ac</SB>as the heating means; and a microcomputer control device 80 being a control means for controlling the output of the work coil 64, the zero cross signal is made by a photocoupler PC for detecting the passage of a zero cross point from a plus voltage to a minus voltage of the AC power source V<SB POS="POST">ac</SB>, and from the minus voltage to the plus voltage, and the output of the work coil 64 is controlled according to the edge timing with the edge timing being constant. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
