<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize FG-SG isolation at low cost and to make the impedance of a FG-SG line appropriate as a feedback path for transmitting an RF signal of wide-range frequencies including high frequency. <P>SOLUTION: An optical transmission module 1 comprises: a laser module (TOSA); a flexible wiring board (FPC) 6 mounted on the TOSA and provided with signal wiring 63A; and a circuit board connected to the FPC 6. A frame and a receptacle of the laser module are electrically connected to a frame ground (FG) of an electronic device. The FPC 6 comprises: an FG connection conductive part 63B electrically connected to the frame ground (FG) of the electronic device; and an SG connection conductive part 63C electrically connected to a signal ground (SG) of the circuit board 7. The FG connection conductive part 63B and the SG connection conductive part 63C are mounted on the FPC 6, and they are connected to each other via a chip capacitor 65 that is not electrically connected to the signal wiring 63A. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
