<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and apparatus for producing an emulsion fuel, which can inexpensively produce a stable emulsion fuel of good quality. <P>SOLUTION: In the method for producing an emulsion fuel obtained by mixing and emulsifying heavy oil C, water and a vegetable oil, the heavy oil C is modified by separating impurities contained therein, the water is magnetically treated, and the modified heavy oil C, the magnetically treated water and the vegetable oil are mixed and emulsified. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
