METHOD FOR PRODUCING SURFACE-MODIFIED CARBON MATERIAL, RESIN COMPOSITE MATERIAL, AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING RESIN COMPOSITE MATERIAL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a surface-modified carbon material in which a surface-modified carbon material excellent in dispersibility is produced in an organic solvent and a polyolefin resin with high productivity, and to provide a resin composite material of the surface-modified carbon material and the polyolefin resin and a method for producing the resin composite material.

SOLUTION: The method for producing the surface-modified carbon material includes the steps of: dissolving or dispersing a carbon material having a graphene structure and a polyolefin resin in a super strong acid to obtain a super strong acid mixed solution; surface-modifying the carbon material with the polyolefin resin in the super strong acid mixed solution to produce the surface-modified carbon material; and after the steps above, separating the surface-modified carbon material from the super strong acid mixed solution, thereby obtaining the surface-modified carbon material. There are also disclosed a resin composite material including the surface-modified carbon material and the polyolefin resin and a method for producing the resin composite material.
