PURPOSE: A UV hardcoating composition is provided to increase the hardness of a coating film, to prevent fogging phenomenon and to prevent by adding a silica sol and alumina sol into a UV hardcoating compostion, thereby being capable of improving the hardness of a coating film, preventing a fogging phenomenon and glare due to light reflection. CONSTITUTION: A UV hardcoating composition comprises 100.0 parts by weight of a polyurethane acrylate, 200-250 parts by weight of a polyfunctional acryl-based monomer, 10-30 parts by weight of a photo-curing agent, 25-45 parts by weight of an inorganic oxide, and 100-130 parts by weight of an organic solvent. The molecular weight of the polyurethane acrylate is 1,000-6,000. The unit structure of the polyurethane acrylate is formed by reacting acrylic oligomer polyol with a weight average molecular weight of 300-6,000 with isocyanate and acrylate.
