A universal welding process apparatus, comprising: a platform; a first frame (1) and a second frame (3), both vertically installed on the platform. Each of the first frame (1) and the second frame (3) comprises a universal connector-hinge position-fixing assembly (10) for fixing the position of a connector-hinge of a workpiece to be welded. The universal connector-hinge position-fixing assembly (10) comprises: a universal connector-hinge position-fixing support (11); a connector-hinge position-fixing board (13) vertically installed on a first side of the universal connector-hinge position-fixing support (11), a level position-fixing hole being provided on the connector-hinge position-fixing board (13); a connector-hinge position-fixing shaft sleeve (15) penetrating the level position-fixing hole, the inner hole of the connector-hinge position-fixing shaft sleeve (15) forming a connector-hinge position-fixing hole (10a), and a first end of the connector-hinge position-fixing shaft sleeve (15) being provided with a connector-hinge position-fixing boss; a connector-hinge position-fixing lock-ring (17) dismountably connected to a second end of the connector-hinge position-fixing shaft sleeve (15); a position-fixing pin (30) penetrating the connector-hinge position-fixing hole. The universal welding process apparatus effectively solves the problem in the prior art of universal welding process apparatuses being lacking in universality.
