<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sleeve which enables body cylindrical parts to be installed in parallel at predetermined intervals even before forms are vertically installed. <P>SOLUTION: A sleeve 1 has a body cylindrical part 2 and an alignment part 3 configuring alignment means 10 for aligning the sleeve 1 and other sleeves 11 so that the body cylindrical part 2 of the sleeve 1 and other body cylindrical parts 12 included by the other sleeves 11 to be installed mutually adjacent to the sleeve 1 are arranged in parallel at predetermined intervals. The alignment part 3 is provided in a plurality of areas locating away in an axial direction P of the body cylindrical part 2 to project to the outside of a peripheral wall 2a of the body cylindrical part 2.
