<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid-state image sensor and a camera module which can achieve high color reproducibility and high sensitivity. <P>SOLUTION: A solid-state image sensor 11 has an image sensor 22. The image sensor 22 has a plurality of pixel cells. The pixel cells detect color lights respectively. The pixel cells include a first pixel cell for green and a second pixel cell for green. The first pixel cell for green detects a first green light in a first wavelength region. The second pixel cell for green detects a second green light in a second wavelength region. The second wavelength region includes the first wavelength region. The wavelength in which the first pixel cell for green becomes maximum sensitivity is approximately the same as the wavelength in which the second pixel cell for green becomes maximum sensitivity. A Half value width of a function representing spectral sensitivity characteristics of the second pixel cell for green is larger than a half value width of a function representing spectral sensitivity characteristics of the first pixel cell for green. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
