<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioning apparatus for vehicle which can simplify maintenance work followed by a refrigerant recovery, and can simplify the inspection work and secure the storage space. <P>SOLUTION: The air conditioning apparatus includes: an outdoor unit 10 which is provided one unit for a train set comprising a plurality of vehicles 30; indoor units 20 which comprise the same number of units of the vehicles 30 and are installed in each of the vehicles 30, wherein while the outdoor units 10 are connected to a main refrigerant piping 41 that is piped spreading over all vehicles 30, each indoor unit 20 is connected to the main refrigerant piping 41 through a branch piping 42. A compressor 11 of the outdoor unit 10 has a capacity that can process the entire air conditioning workload of each indoor unit 20, and connection parts between vehicles 30 of the main refrigerant piping 41 are coupled by a flexible piping 52 of which both ends are provided with couplings 51. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
