<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sunshade device for an outdoor device, which functions not only as a sunshade, but also as a rain cover. <P>SOLUTION: A sunshade device 10 for an outdoor device attached to the exterior of the outdoor device has a shading plate 2 large enough to cover the outdoor device 1. Cut-and-raised parts 2b inclined relative to the shading plate 2 are provided on the front side of the shading plate 2.
