<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bill dispenser with a structure for bidirectionally conveying a bill conveyance path including a bill discrimination part while configuring the bill conveyance path to be simple, so that a temporal storage box and other storage boxes can be simply configured in order to reduce jams not only for Japanese bills but also for bills of various sizes. <P>SOLUTION: A bill conveyance path 501b passing through the bill discrimination part 30 is structured to be bidirectionally conveyed. In received bill counting operation that received bills are conveyed from a receiving/dispensing port 20 to the temporal storage box 40 via the bill discrimination part and in bill dispensing operation that bills to be dispensed are conveyed from a bill storage box 60 or the like to the receiving/dispensing port via the bill discrimination part, the bill conveyance path 501b is driven to a first conveyance direction. In received bill storing operation that the bills stored in the temporal storage box are stored in the bill storage box 60 or the like after concluding a transaction, the bill conveyance path 501b is driven to a second conveyance direction opposite to the first conveyance direction. When a rejection occurs in dispensing, the rejected bill is once stored in the temporal storage box, and later in the bill storage box by driving the bill conveyance path to the second conveyance direction to convey the bill from the temporal storage box to the bill storage box via the bill discrimination part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
