<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a load driving device that supplies stable pulse current to a load even when the electrical characteristic of the load varies in a process of repeating supply and interception of current flowing through the load. <P>SOLUTION: Under a main feedback control state, the output voltage of a load (first feedback voltage VFB1) is selected, the output of a reference voltage circuit 14 (first reference voltage VR) is selected, a power conversion circuit 3 is driven so as to reduce the difference between the first feedback voltage VFB1 and the first reference voltage VR, and a signal holding circuit 13 continues to sample the output of a voltage detection circuit 9 (second feedback voltage VFB2). Under an auxiliary feedback control state, the signal holding circuit 13 holds and outputs the second feedback voltage sampled under the main feedback control state (second reference voltage VFB2'), selects a second feedback voltage VFB2, selects the second reference voltage VFB2' and drives the power conversion circuit 3 so as to reduce the difference between the second feedback voltage VFB2 and the second reference voltage VFB2'. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
