<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a detachable seal structure for a portable electronic device which is used for water proof, light shielding, electric insulation, dust proof, protection, and the like of the portable electronic device, enables easy attachment to a housing, and reduces the thickness thereof in particular. <P>SOLUTION: A seal structure for a portable electronic device of the invention includes: a resin sheet part; and an elastic seal part formed into a shape protruding in a direction perpendicular to the resin sheet part along a peripheral part of the resin sheet part and having a tip part attached to an internal surface of the portable electronic device.
