摘要 The purpose of the present invention is to suppress increase of the resistance of a transparent conductive film when a metal layer is removed therefrom by etching, in a conductive laminate in which the metal layer is formed on the transparent conductive layer. The conductive laminate is obtained by sequentially forming a transparent conductive thin film laminate (2), which is composed of at least two transparent conductive thin films, and a metal layer (3) in this order on at least one surface of a transparent base (1). With respect to the transparent conductive thin film laminate (2), a first transparent conductive thin film (21) that is closest to the metal layer (3) is a metal oxide layer or a complex metal oxide layer that contains a main metal and one or more impurity metals, and transparent conductive thin films (22) other than the first transparent conductive thin film are complex metal oxide layers that contain a main metal and one or more impurity metals. The above-mentioned purpose can be achieved by not having the content ratio of the impurity metals in the first transparent conductive thin film (21) to be the highest among the content ratios of the impurity metals in the transparent conductive thin films constituting the transparent conductive thin film laminate (2).
