A disposable sterilizing cupping device according to the present invention comprises: an expansion unit which is made of a flexible material and which corresponds to the internal volume of a cupper when expanded; and a stopper unit which is formed along the rim of the expansion unit and which, as a solid material having a shape corresponding to the shape of the lower end of the cupper, is caught in place and fixed at the lower end of the cupper. The expansion unit is arranged within the cupper, and the stopper unit is fixed at the lower end of the cupper, such that the expansion unit prevents the skin of a cupping patient from contacting the air outside the expansion unit.
