摘要 <p>PURPOSE: A Fe(ferrum)-Ni(nickel) alloy substrate for a CI(G)S(copper indium gallium diselenide) solar cell and a method manufacturing thereof are provided to reduce manufacturing costs by perform continuous processing by a roll-to-roll process. CONSTITUTION: A Fe-Ni alloy substrate is manufactured using an electro-forming device(100). The electro-forming device comprises an electrolyzer(102), a cathode drum(106), an anode, and a power source(108). An electrolyte is prepared including a Fe precursor of 226.7-240.0g, an Ni precursor of 82.6-94.4g, and a surfactant of 0.1-8.0g/L per 1L of water. A part of the cathode drum is dipped in the electrolyte. Currents are applied to the cathode drum and the anode in order to form the Fe-Ni alloy substrate on the surface of the cathode drum.</p>
