PURPOSE: A portable folding cushion is provided to facilitate portability and storage thereof and to improve user's health. CONSTITUTION: A portable folding cushion comprises a cushion main body(100), a hotpack pocket(200), and a combining member(300). The cushion main body is formed with a left folding part and a right folding part around the center thereof. The hotpack pocket is prepared in the central part of the cushion main body. The combining member is formed on both ends of the cushion main body. The cushion main body comprises a first foamed sheet. The hotpack pocket comprises a second foamed sheet.
