FIELD: physics, communication.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to services specially designed for wireless communication networks and provided directly at user's location. Marked location is defined on the basis of user input indicating position on mobile device local display map, and/or geographical location of mobile device, to initiate, in said mobile device, the transfer of data on location to service based on location. Then, mobile device is used to determine if web-page related to marked location may be accessed. In case mobile device detects that web-page may not be accessed. Web-page is created in mobile device to be related to marked location to add descriptive content to said web-page in mobile device.
