<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile terminal that can inform a user of a problem and a quick recovery procedure even if communication disconnection (communication error) not indicating a cause value has occurred. <P>SOLUTION: A mobile terminal comprises a communication control unit comprised of NAS control means, RRC control means, PDCP control means, RLC control means, MAC control means, and PHY control means. The mobile terminal comprises: a communication log storage unit for storing a communication log; an analysis unit for analyzing communication disconnection cause from the number of uplink signal retransmissions to a network and operation of each control means by extracting the number of uplink signal retransmissions from the communication log and identifying control means of a disconnection request transmission source if communication has been disconnected; a comment storage unit for storing a comment for notifying a user corresponding to a communication disconnection cause; a comment search unit for searching for the comment on the basis of the analyzed communication disconnection cause; and a display unit for displaying the searched comment. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
