<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing an OA roller, in which the OA roller having a uniform coating film can be efficiently manufactured by a simple device. <P>SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing an OA roller 1 includes: a film formation process in which when a cylinder shape core material 2 is immersed in a coating material of a liquid tank and is raised to form a coating film, the coating film is cured, and a coating film cured layer is provided to manufacture an OA roller 1, a cap 5 formed such that the radial direction thickness Tb is larger than the target thickness Ta of the coating film cured layer is mounted at the end of the core material, then the core is immersed in the liquid tank and is raised, thereby forming the coating film; a coating film curing process in which the coating film is performed by a curing treatment; and a coating film-cutting treatment process in which a cured coating film on the core material is cut in a peripheral direction at the neighborhood of the cap, then the cap and the cured coating film thus cut are removed, and the OA roller in which the coating film cured layer is disposed in a prescribed place is obtained, wherein a cutting position CP in the coating film-cutting treatment process which is formed according to the opening peripheral edge of the cap 5 is set so that a burr part 3pr of a bugle shape of the cured coating film may become a removal side. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
