<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply controller, an image forming apparatus, a power supply control method, and a program, capable of performing power supply control as intended by a user when a power plug is inserted or at a time of recovery from a power failure. <P>SOLUTION: A power supply controller comprises: power supply means which receives power supply from an external power source and supplies power to a load; detection means for detecting a state of power supply from the external power source; and storage means for storing the content of ON/OFF operations of a power supply switch. When the detection means detects a change from a disconnection state of power from the external power source to a supply state, the power supply means controls power supply to the load on the basis of the latest content of an operation of the power supply switch stored in the storage means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
