<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pump unit capable of securing a good spray state when inverted. <P>SOLUTION: This spray device includes a pump cylinder 4 and an actuation member 36. The actuation member 36 comprises: a rod member 38 including a base body 40 biased upward and obtained by extending a cylindrical lower half part 40a vertically downward from a lower surface outer circumference of a bar-shaped upper half part 40b and having a valve hole 44 opened at an upper end of the lower half part 40a of the base body 40; a tubular member 50 in which a stem 54 is erected upward from a cylindrical piston 52 brought into slide contact in an upper part 4c of the pump cylinder 4 at a lower end side and an inward flange-like discharge valve seat 58 is formed in an upper part of the stem 54; and an atomization head 60 with a nozzle 64 provided at an upper end of the tubular member 50. A discharge valve V<SB POS="POST">2</SB>is constituted by inserting an upper end of the rod member 38 in the discharge valve seat 58, and a suction valve seat V<SB POS="POST">1</SB>is constituted by providing a valve plate 48 for opening and closing a valve hole 44 at the formation part of the valve hole 44. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
