<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent conductive film which does not cause cloudiness due to precipitation of oligomer, even after long time exposure under high temperature high humidity conditions, and retains excellent conductivity and flexibility. <P>SOLUTION: In the transparent conductive film formed by laminating an oligomer precipitation block layer on both sides of a transparent base film and then laminating a conductive thin film layer on any one side thereof, the oligomer precipitation block layer is a layer consisting of a carbon-containing silicon oxide deposition film deposited by plasma CVD. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
